Donald K. Johnson
Member, Advisory Board, BMO Capital Markets since November 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Johnson was Senior Advisor, BMO Capital Markets from November 2004 to November 2009, and prior to that he as Vice-Chairman of BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. Mr. Johnson also serves as the Chairman Emeritus and a Director of Business for the Arts, a director of the Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation, a director and member of the Executive Committee of the Ivey Business School Business Advisory Board, a member of the 2014 Major Individual Giving Cabinet of the United Way of Greater Toronto and a director of Murichison Minerals Inc.

David Ingram
Mr. Ingram became President and Chief Executive Officer of goeasy Ltd. (formerly easyhome Ltd.) in May 2001 after serving as the Corporation’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2000. He also serves as a Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Canada, and as the Vice Chair for the Boys & Girls Club of Canada Foundation.

David Thomson
Mr. Thomson is a former President of Great West Life Properties. Prior to joining Great West, he was Executive Vice President of Oxford Development Group. Mr. Thomson is Chairman of the Toronto Dominion Bank Private Giving Foundation.

David Appel
Mr. Appel has had a career in law, business, and government service and is a director of a number of charitable organizations. Mr. Appel is a member of the Quebec Bar and has been a registered investment advisor.

Sean Morrison
Mr. Morrison is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of Maxam Capital Corporation and the Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Royalty Corp. Prior to forming Maxam, Mr. Morrison was a partner at Capital West Partners, a Vancouver-based investment banking firm. Mr. Morrison is a Chartered Accountant.

Karen Basian
Ms. Basian is the Co-Founder and CEO of Beehive5, and is also the Managing Director of Newtopia and a Principal at Firefly Strategy Capital Inc., a strategy consulting and financial advisory firm. Ms. Basian is a Chartered Accountant and has an M.B.A. from IMEDE in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Susan Doniz
Ms. Doniz was the former Global Chief Information Officer for Aimia. Prior to that, Ms. Doniz built a successful career as a technologist, digital strategist and Director at Procter & Gamble. In 2011, Ms. Doniz was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women in the Trailblazers and Trendsetters category. Ms. Doniz sits on numerous Boards of Directors including SNIPP Interactive Inc., Bayshore HealthCare, Women's College Hospital Foundation and the Ontario Science Center. Ms. Doniz attended the University of Toronto where she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering and received numerous scholarships and leadership awards. She continued her education with post-bachelor studies in Information Systems at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in the Netherlands as a Canadian Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.
